1. I've registered but I cannot log in.
Please ensure that you have activated your account via the activation link in the email that was sent, and that you have cookies enabled.
2. I've registered but I haven't received an email.
Please check your junk email folder and ensure you enter the correct email address when registering.
3. The pages don't display properly.
Please make sure you have Internet Explorer 7, Chrome 0.4, Firefox 2, Opera 9, Flock 1.2.6 or Safari 3, as we cannot guarantee compatibility with older browsers. Please note that JavaScript is not necessary but it is recommended for a full browsing experience.
4. How do I view my profile as others would see it?
Click your username in the navigation-bar.
5. How do I edit my profile?
Click on "Control Panel" in the navigation bar when you are logged in.
6. How do I delete a thread/post I've created?
If you have posted a thread or reply but do not wish it to be displayed anymore, simply click the "(Delete)" link while viewing it.
7. How do I get a thread stickied/locked?
Sticking or locking a thread is entirely down to the moderators' and administrators' judgement. You are free to ask a member of staff to stick/lock a thread, but please do not pester them.
8. How do I see a list of all the registered forum members?
Click the blue number at the bottom of any page for the user list which will provide a list of all registered members with some brief details.
9. I really like the forums, what board do you use?
Our board is a custom board designed from scratch by The Simple Crew, escpecially designed for Anime Houyou! Please contact them if you are interested in the forum software or for any details.
